Competition Terms and Conditions:

1. This competition runs from 12.01am, 1 February 2010 and ends at 11.59pm, 31 March 2010.
2. To be eligible for an entry into the competition you must be over the age of 16 and open an ANZ Recharge Prepaid MasterCard as part of the ANZ Student Package.
3. The prize is a Ski package for two people to Queenstown. This package consists of:
   • Return economy flights from Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch to Queenstown
   • Airport transfers in Queenstown
   • 5 nights accommodation in a 3-star hotel on a twin share basis
   • 3 day lift pass and 3 day mountain transfers
4. Travel arrangements must be made by contacting Travel Easy Holidays on 0800 441 398 within 30 days of the winner being notified and the prize must be taken during the 2010 Ski Season June-September (inclusive). Travel and accommodation are subject to availability (should the prize winner select a date to travel where the flights or accommodation is already fully booked another travel date will need to be selected). Travel and accommodation must be booked within 30 days of prize draw.
5. All ancillary costs associated with utilising the prize including but not limited to insurance, mini bar items, room service, food expenses, transfers and transport to and from the departure point shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. The prize must be redeemed in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash.
7. ANZ and MasterCard reserve the right to replace any prize component with a prize of equivalent value in the event that any of the prize components become unavailable for any reason.
8. The winner will drawn by 14 April 2010 and will be the first entry drawn that complies with these Conditions of Entry.
9. The winner and travel partner must both be over the age of 16.
10. ANZ will contact the winning cardholder by telephone. Once contacted by telephone, the winner will be sent a follow-up confirmation letter or email by 21 April 2010.
11. If that winner is not able to be contacted by telephone within 48 hours of the prize draw then a replacement winner will be chosen.
12. By claiming the prize, the winner consents to ANZ and MasterCard making use of their name and image for promotional purposes.
13. All decisions made by ANZ, MasterCard and agents are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Neither ANZ, MasterCard nor its agents shall be responsible for any lost or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries that were not received due to any failure of hardware, software, or other computer or technical systems.
15. If the prize is subject to any tax the winner is liable for payment of such tax.

17. Further personal information may be required by ANZ to enable ANZ to confirm prize arrangements. If this is not provided by the winner to ANZ on request, the winner will forfeit his or her prize in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

4.
